If you have registered your copy of FSP, from time to time we will email you a link to free recipes for use with FSP version 4.0 or higher. These recipes only work with FSP 4.0, 4.1, or 5.0. If you have some recipes you would like to share, please save them in a new Recipe Book File and attach them (without zipping) to an email to us.

This is a good opportunity to get your family accustomed to food storage foods. Rather than buy brandname flavored instant oatmeal packs, try making your own with the "Instant Oatmeal Packs" recipe. There's something about a steaming bowl of soup that warms the soul. By getting food storage now, you may avoid lines at the "soup kitchens" in the future! Consider trying and adding these soups to your family's diet this month. Buy a few cans of clams for your storage, the Clam Chowder is wonderful and goes well with corn bread on a cold Autumn day!
